Monohydrate Manganese Sulfate

Manganese oxide is produced by mixing pyrolusite powder with pulverized coal at a ratio of l00:20 (mass ratio) and reduction roasting at 800℃ in a roaster. It was cooled to room temperature under isolation of air, and acid-lyzed in 15% ~ 20% dilute sulfuric acid. Manganese dioxide powder was used as oxidant to make Fe2 -- Fea -- -, and the pH was controlled to be less than 5.2. After pressure filtration, Fea+, aluminum and other acid insoluble matter were removed, and then the calcium impurities were further removed by standing settlement. Manganese sulfate filtrate was concentrated by evaporation, crystallized, centrifuged and dried by hot air.
